Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS OF ON-BOARDING A CLIENT FOR MEMBERSHIP?

Before you start your training connection with me you will be asked to complete a PAR-Q form (Physical Activity Reediness Questionnaire) to asses whether you are physically ready to begin a new exercise program or if medical clearance from a physician is required. You will then proceed to the enrollment process on the website which will entail a Waiver of Liability and signing a client agreement form. After completing this process you will officially be a part of the MH Connection team and on your way to fitness success. Next, an assessment will be performed to determine your needs and help establish your goals, you will be able to schedule this via a video platform that works for you, e.g. FaceTime, Facebook, Zoom, Viber, or WhatsApp. This process will be followed from an initial FREE consultation session where we discuss your goals and set expectations. A personalized program will then be provided to you based on your assessment and goals. You will receive your workouts one week ahead of time to allow for possible changes or situations that may arise so that we can adjust for you.  

Q: HOW DOES THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE PERIOD WORK?

The 30 day challenge is an investment in yourself with no risk. We will do all of the ground work and create seasonal programs that you can try for free. If after the 30 day challenge you believe that we are a good fit for you, then all you have to do is let us know and we can discuss further training for you. The only thing that Majid would ask of you is to provide him with any positive takeaway that you may have experienced, even if you decide to not become part of the MH Connection team. By doing so you give us permission to post it as a testimonial on our website. 

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO SEE RESULTS?

Majid requires a minimum 12 week training commitment. In his experience, this is the minimum time required to see and feel lasting results. We do not want you to expect unrealistic results leading to crushed dreams and a sense of hopelessness. We strongly encourage you to not gauge your results solely on the the bathroom scale since gains can also be measured by body composition, fat loss, muscle development, feelings of well being, and increased strength to name a few. Results depend on numerous variables such as genetics, physiological adaptations, metabolic rate, consistency, effort, proper caloric intake, sleep, water consumption, etc. As a general rule, healthy fat loss for males can be expected to be 1.5 to 2.0 pounds per week while for females 1.0 to 1.5 pounds per week. Do keep in mind that we are referring to "body fat" and not "body weight." This is because muscle is more dense than fat, which in turn, means that your total body weight may possibly increase while your waistline decreases. 

Q: WILL MY PROGRAM INCLUDE NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING?

Yes, we will provide nutritional education, guidance, and strategy sessions to our membership clients. Specific meal recipes will NOT be provided. Legally we cannot tell you what to eat, however, we can provide you with options as well as facts and benefits in regard to caloric intake, micro and macro nutrients, supplements, nutrition for performance and/or weight loss, and nutrition in minimizing chronic diseases.

Q: DO I NEED TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

No, a gym membership is not required to participate in our programs. Your program will be tailored to you and the equipment you have available. However, we do suggest items such as a heart rate monitor, resistance bands, stability balls or other apparatus that will aid in reaching your goals. For a more varied program, access to a gym is beneficial. 

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO PUT TRAINING ON HOLD FOR A WHILE?

If you have to place a HOLD on your training because of an emergency, illness, an unexpected event, etc. then you may do so up to 30 days. In the unlikely event that you cannot continue after 30 days, you may cancel your membership without any penalty or fees. Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case by case situation.  

Q: WHAT IF I TRAVEL OFTEN?

Since our programs are customized specifically for you, we will work with you and adjust any training day necessary to the equipment you have available, from body weight workouts to limited hotel gyms. Your program travels with you. 

Q: HOW OFTEN CAN I CONTACT YOU WITH QUESTIONS?

We strongly encourage you to reach out to us with questions, regular interaction is critical for success and there is no limit. All questions are answered promptly and no later than 24 hours during business days. All questions must come through your account. For membership clients, a weekly strategy session is included, phone or video calls scan be scheduled. 

Q: CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. For membership clients, your monthly payment will be divided based on the days that you stayed on within the cancelation month. Program only clients will have the first two weeks of their program start date to cancel and receive a full refund. No questions asked. However, Majid does want you to keep in mind that we are not offering any quick fixes. Consistent work is required to achieve results and it takes time for you to notice those results. Not all results are displayed on a bathroom scale.
